As the Superintendent of Chester School District, I am deeply honored to serve our district and ensure an exceptional educational experience for our students. I bring with me a deep passion for education and a commitment to developing learning environments where every student can succeed. I am dedicated to building upon the strong foundation laid by my predecessors and will work tirelessly to ensure that our district continues to grow and excel.
As superintendent, I oversee all district operations and school programs with a consistent focus on our mission and vision. Our mission is simple yet profound: we will ensure that all students acquire knowledge and develop skills and work habits that enable them to compete successfully in a diverse, global community. Our mission can be realized through the work of our staff members as they support our students in developing the skills and dispositions outlined in our Portrait of a Learner. These skills and work habits are necessary for future success and provide a framework or vision to focus our collective work.
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. We work closely with parents, teachers, school staff, and community members to ensure that the voices of our families and neighbors are heard and valued. Together, we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students, helping them achieve their full potential.
