Four grade 8 students and one grade 4 student gave a presentation to the Chester School Board on December 7th regarding their participation and learning on the roller coaster project. They explained that they created a series of roller coasters and tested them using marbles. At the conclusion of their presentation they were presented with a Cougar Kudos certificate.
In addition to this, grade 8 science teacher Bea Donohue was presented with a Cougar Kudos certificate for her outstanding effort in coordinating the Chester Academy student participation in the Chester 300th Anniversary parade.
