Dear Chester Academy Families,
As we prepare to kick off a new school year, I’d like to share a few important updates.
We are excited to invite you to our Back to School BBQ, hosted by the PTA, on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This event is a wonderful opportunity to meet Chester Academy staff, connect with other families, and celebrate the start of the new school year together.
As part of the Back to School BBQ, we will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony for our new playground starting at 5:00 p.m. The playground will be open for student use immediately following the ceremony. While we are still awaiting the arrival of the ropes for the large play structure, all other areas of the playground will be open and available for play.
In the coming weeks, we will host a dedication ceremony to dedicate our playground in memory of Oliver Scott, a former student. We will share the date and more details as soon as they are confirmed.
Our bus company has just finalized bus routes, and bus schedules have been posted to our website for Chester Academy and Pinkerton Academy.
We are looking forward to welcoming K-8 students back on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, for the first day of school.
