Strategic Planning for Student Success
The Chester School Board and School District partnered with families and the community in a collaborative, iterative strategic planning process. This work led to shared goals and aligned strategies focused on helping every student thrive. Our Strategic Plan sets the district’s overall direction and identifies key priorities, while specific school and district goals guide the actions we take each year to bring this vision to life. To drive academic growth, our School Improvement Plan focuses on three core areas backed by research on effective school turnaround strategies. This plan also informs our budget decisions and resource allocation to ensure the greatest impact on student achievement.
